USA: Currently we only ship to the United States forty-eight contiguous states and Washington, DC. However, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military bases or diplomatic locations.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

When your order is processed and a tracking number is available, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Trees For Pets is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). This should be impossible since we do not ship internationally.


Trees For Pets is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return & Refund Info




Our return policy differs based on the type of product you purchase. For reforestation trees, our return policy aligns with Ecologi, our third-party partner. For other products, please refer to the standard return guidelines.

Return Policy for Reforestation Trees (In collaboration with Ecologi): You can cancel any purchase or your subscription for reforestation trees up to 14 days after the order is made. You don’t need to give a reason for cancelling, and we will give you a refund for that payment by the same method you used to make that payment within 14 days of you telling us you wish to cancel. This complies with your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Standard Return Policy for Other Products:

  • A return authorization must be requested within 30 days of your date of delivery. You must contact us at to request and receive an RMA.

  • Non-returnable items include any item returned more than 30 days after delivery, customized or personalized products, and any other items explicitly marked as non-returnable.

  • Additional terms and conditions, refunds, and other details as outlined in the previous version of the return policy apply.
